The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.
Accepted Insurances
We are in-network with Delta Dental PPO, GEHA PPO, and Guardian PPO, and most Cigna PPO policies. However, we will file to any PPO on your behalf. We do not accept any DMO or HMO policies.
Office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We'll work with your insurance provider to make sure that your coverage meets your needs and your budget.

In-House Membership
For our patients that do not have insurance or are not able to use their insurance in our office, we offer our In-House Membership Plan. Our plan includes:
- 1 Periodic Exam (Comprehensive or Periodic)
- 2 Prophylaxis (50% off Perio Maintenance)
- 1 Emergency/Limited Exam
- 1 Velscope (Advanced Screaming) and 1 Visual Oral Cancer Screening
- 1 Full Mouth/Panoramic x-ray every 3 years (50% off CT scans)
Additional Discount Services with the In-House Membership:
- 25% off: Fillings, SRPS, Sealants
- 15% off: Crowns, Veneers, Dentures, Implants, Gelbs, Bridges, Extractions, Root Canals
Payments for the Membership Plan are either paid in full up front or arranged automatically (1st of the month or 15th of the month). This plan will auto-renew yearly on the date you initially sign-up and does have a 60-day waiting period once membership begins if you opt for the monthly payment schedule.
